There are vast, sinuous, flocks of blackbirds stringing past, this morning.
Oddly, most are heading directly east, or slightly north of east. They’re
mixed species, though most are Grackles. My very-conservative tally of
Grackles is at 4200, at the moment!
No doubt, my first-of-year Rusty and Brewer‘s are mixed in, but I can’t pick
them out, in flight.
