[birdky] Black Tern at Smithland Dam; continuing birds at Falls of the Ohio

Quick visit to Smithland Dam this morning. 1 Black Tern actively feeding
below the dam.

Stopped by the Falls late in the afternoon. 2 phalaropes, 2 Laughing Gulls,
and 6 Caspian Terns there. Also 2-4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers.

Yesterday afternoon at Ky. Dam Marina, no Franklin's Gull and only about
200 Ring-billed Gulls as of 5:30 pm or so.
