[birdky] Birding Caneyville Reservoir Grayson Co 9-29-04

9-29-04

Again this morning I checked out the above location. Birds Sighted as 
follows:

2 Kingfishers
2 Woodducks (juvenile)
60 to 70 Northern Roughwing Swallows
1 Pied-bill Grebe
2 Killdeer
1 White-breasted Nuthatch
1 Great Blue heron

At the yard feeder Short Creek community was a huge female
Rose-breasted Grossbeak

The unidentified listed bird on my report of 9-23-04 was a juvenile Common 
Grackle. See
P 424 of national Geographic Society Field Guide to Birds of North America.
