A Band-rumped storm petrel was seen early this morning at the Falls of the
Ohio. It has not been relocated. BlackTerns were seen last evening flying over
the fast moving waters. Common and Caspian Terns were resting on the fossil
beds this morning.

Ten Laughing Gulls were reported from Freeman Lake in Elizabethtown this
morning. It is a good idea to check out the small lakes for rarities from
Katrina.

Good birding,
