Waterfowl numbers have dwindled dramatically in the past few weeks in western 
KY.  Birds seen today at Ballard WMA include:
White-fronted goose  1
Canada goose  75
Mallard   300
Shoveler   10
Gadwall   30
Ring-necked duck  65
Bufflehead  1
Ruddy duck  2
Bald eagle  1
