At least 100 Cattle Egrets flew into the cypress trees at Jonathan Creek this morning. There are no mudflats. Phooey!!! The only shorebird I saw was one lone Least Sandpiper picking around the gulls and terns on a sliver of mud. Other birds of interest were:

Comorrants (3)
G. egret (5)
Forester's terns (20)
Orchard oriole (1 female)
BG gnatcatcher
RE vireo (1)
