The sustained high winds of 4/30, 5/1 & 5/2 resulted in almost no bird
activity in my area. Most were heard, but not seen.
4/30-saw N. Waterthrush, heard Baltimore & Orchard Orioles, Bay-breasted
warbler, Blue Grosbeak, Prairie Warbler
5/2-Yellow-rumped warblers, Spotted Sandpiper
5/3-Yellow Warbler, Bay-breasted heard, FOS Indigo Bunting, a few WC & WT
Sparrows still present.
5/4- FOS Common Yellowthroat, saw Bay-breasted warbler. Rain most of the day.
Hoping for better weather next week!
