There was a single male winter plumage American Avocet at Cox Park just a few
minutes ago.
Bird was flying back and forth between Cox Park and Duffy's Landing on the
Indiana side of the river. Bird attempted to land a few times in the river but
passing boats flushed it. It was last seen flying down the Ohio towards the 65
bridge.
