Caperton Swamp was also surprisingly active this afternoon (and still was
when I left a few minutes ago). I also had an ovenbird, eight warblers
total including a golden-winged. Plus several Philadelphia vireos and a
blue-headed vireo, yellow-billed cuckoo and a rose-breasted grosbeak.

We walked the creekside trail at Harrod's Creek Park this morning and
found several mixed flocks with numbers of migrating warblers. We got nine
warbler species, in a list of 44 total species. Highlights included our FOS
Ovenbird, and several Tennessee Warblers. Also got six of seven possible
woodpeckers (no Sapsucker) and nice looks at a Yellow-billed Cuckoo.
