[birdky] 17 February outing

Are any birders participating in the 17 February Frankfort outing? I
believe the route extends from the Capitol Ave. bridge to the steps of the
Capitol. I would be especially interested in meeting up with individuals
who are including stops at the offices of Representative Montell (district
58 - Shelby, Spencer) and Senator Tapp (Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer).
