[beports] libpng

I noticed that the only changes I had to make to get libpng 1.2.29 to
build in Haiku were for the autotools, so I checked my Haiku build
tree for the png files it uses and copied the c and h files from
1.2.29 over the 1.2.26 ones that were there and recompiled. Seems to
work. I generated a diff file and attached it to Haiku ticket #2018.
The 1.2.27 and 1.2.28 updates were to fix security issues.
