Our annual Warbler Day held here at our place on Compton Mt will be Saturday, September 10. We always have lots of migrants passing through our yard during that time. We sometimes have as many as 70 species for the day. We also serve a free lunch, so come join us for a fun fall day of bird watching without having to hike to see them. All you have to do is have your binoculars, sit or stand in our yard and keep your eyes open. Even though the festivities and the lunch are free we need to know who is coming, so we can keep the number of birders to a manageable level. If you have not already contacted me, and are planning to be here, please reply promptly to this email and reserve a spot on the reservation list, as the list can sometimes fill up fast. We always have a fun time with great birds and lots of good food and good conversation. We hope to have you join us for the day. Roger Mayhorn Compton Mt
