As part of the Honaker Redbud Festival, the Russell County Bird Club will
lead a bird walk on Saturday, April 18. Peggy Herbert will be the leader
for the walk, which will take place at Slate's Campground on the Clinch
River at 7:30.
To get to the campground from Rosedale, turn onto VA Route 80 (Redbud
Highway) and drive 3.4 miles to Route 672 (Stumptown Road) on your left.
Follow the Bird Walk signs to the river.
