A few days ago Lynda called me to the window to look toward the driveway. These
2 White-tail bucks were scarfing down the few apples that the apple trees had
produced this growing season. (photo taken through the window)
More recently both adult and immature White-crowned Sparrows moved into the
yard, feeding with the White-throated and Song Sparrows.
Here is one of the adult White-crowns.
Here are 2 White-crowns, an immature one in front, an adult behind it with a
White-throated in the back
Then one of the resident chipmunks puts them to flight
