little windy, and then it got worse lol, compound that with the 1000 bass
boats zipping up and down the lake doing Mach 10 and I was lucky to see
anything. I enjoy fishing also so I shouldn’t say to much. Anyway I found
some nice species today including both Horned and Eared Grebes in Breeding
Plumage. I also saw 2 Osprey, 10-12 Common loons, 15 Blue-wing Teal, 300 +
Bonaparte Gulls, 700 + Ring-billed Gulls and a few other common species. I
spent 40 minutes trying to get a photo of the Grebes and Loons but the wind
and wave action made it almost impossible, I have attached a couple of shots
but they are a little fuzzy. It was a nice day to be out birding.
