Hi All,
This is to remind everyone that tomorrow, Saturday, Buchanan County Bird Club
members, and anyone else who is interested, will meet in front of the lodge in
the Breaks Park at 8:30 to spend the morning birding the park.
A few of us will be arriving earlier and having breakfast in the lodge before
the birding begins. Come join us.
Some members are planning to bring a lunch and picnic while bird watching
around noon.
After lunch those who want to will travel to Beaver Knob near Elkhorn City, KY
to see the Blue Grosbeaks and Grasshopper Sparrows and possibly Bobwhites. I
have been there twice in the last week and found all three.
The weather looks pretty good with only a 30% chance of rain with temperatures
near 80. Bring a hat and sunscreen.
