[bcbirdclub] 1,000 Ducks

This morning the waters off Dehaven Park were covered with waterfowl.
1,000 birds is a conservative estimate, most were Lesser Scaup and Ring-necked
Duck. I did count 72 Canvasback. I would have gone back this evening after
a break in the storm, unfortunately we had a lot of sleet in this area &
chose not to return.

Gadwall
Bald Eagle - 2
Herring Gull - 1
Ring-billed Gull
Blackbirds showed up today at the feeders
Red-winged Blackbird - 3
Common Grackle - 1
Brown- headed Cowbird - 1
