Hi,
I was merely stating that I was having trouble transferring audible books
using the beta software. The problem has been solved however. I had deleted
the book using the delete key on my computer with the bc connected. When I
looked in the directory, the book was gone. It was not there when I used
windows explorer. However, when I disconnected the unit, I heard the bc
still giving a book title I thought I had deleted. So I use the delete
function on the bc to get rid of the book and another book I thought I had
deleted. By the way, if you press play on the books, you'd get an error
message. Bottom line, was that I couldn't transfer the book until I had use
the delete function on the bc as oppose to the delete function with the
computer

Hi,
My comment about not being able to go to the beginning and end of a book is
not quite correct. The beginning and end of file buttons, 4 and 6 held
down, work fine. It is the beginning and end of a branch, keys 2 and 8 held
down for one beep, that do not work.

Hi,
Are we supposed to be testing Audible books too? I thought it was just RFB
and D books.
A couple other questions:
1. Since today is the last day of the beta, can I finish the survey
tomorrow? Where do I email the survey?
The beta firmware does not allow you to go to the beginning or end of a book
- whether it is the RFB and D book, .brf books, or Bookshare books.
I plan to try to load another portion of the two-CD history book that I have
successfully installed the first portion of. (Sorry for the bad grammar;
I'm tired.)
I've enjoyed doing the beta testing.
