Admin wanted the yearbook policy.
We tried it that year, with many notices, so it was not "news" to anyone.
Result: More than one major meltdown.

the last day of school. I work at a middle school and it takes that amount
of time to get the returns at the end of the year. Of course the day of
the most returns is the day before yearbooks are released!
