Sending you many good wishes to send you on your next adventure. I feel lucky
to have heard the many reading “torch” stories ---displays in the teachers
bathrooms (omg), partnerships with parents to make reading such a special
“event” in children’s lives…you’ve been an inspiration to us!

Dear BAISL friends,
Sorry to miss yet another meeting. It is Celebration of Learning all week at
Trinity, and my responsibilities are many. I will be retiring after 30 years at
Trinity School, 23 of them in the Library. It has been lots of fun, but I am
ready for a change of pace and more time to read and travel. Wishing all of you
success as our libraries continue to change to meet the learning expectations
in our many different schools. I started with books, helped to design a new
library building, embraced technology, and began adding a creative and growing
Makers Space last year. Wishing you all the best as you carry the torch for
reading and learning in your schools.

has VP Nicole Hunter made a great program, but we'll be voting on the bylaws
revision as long as we have quorum (25% of our membership). We need you to be
