We've had a less than delightful experience with these folks, mostly due to
my expectations and the incredible (4-month) delay in getting an upgrade
we'd been promised when we bought the program. I still have reservations
about the program from the back end, but the user experience seems
workable. We've re-upped for support and server hosting this year and
hoping for the best from the company. (It helps that I'm kind of a pest
about getting my questions answered, and I tend to go by email rather than
phone because of the un-paper trail I can keep.)
