Here are some final details for this Friday's BAISL meeting at French
American International School in SF. *If you haven't yet, please RSVP

With breakfast starting at 8:30 (pastries from Jane the Bakery
<https://www.itsjane.com/location/jane-the-bakery/>, ya'll!), our meeting
will run from *9 to 2:45*, with an optional school tour until 3.
*Afterwards,* if you're available and inclined, we're thinking of a little
social time with the option of adult beverages at a Anina
<https://www.aninasf.com/>, which is a 6 minute walk from campus.
While we're on the subject of food, we will be enjoying lunch from La
Méditerranée <https://cafelamedsf.com/>; with lots of salad and roasted
tofu and veggies as well as meat options, there should be plenty for
everyone, including those observing Passover. If you have any concerns of
course you're welcome to bring back up snacks.
If you have a few desirable books or instructional supplies that are
perhaps duplicates or not suited to your setting, bring them along for
the *swap
table! *
Come ready to connect with colleagues, learn, and engage. I think it's

*Parking/entering campus instructions from our host Kathleen Esling: *
We are excited to welcome you to French American International School at
150 Oak Street in San Francisco! Here are some tips to help make your
journey to us a little easier.
*Driving vs. Public Transit*
We are located extremely close to the Van Ness MUNI station (just one stop
away from the Civic Center station for those of you on BART). We are also
very close to the 6, 7, and 49 among other lines.
If you choose to drive, there are some public lots nearby, most
particularly the Performing Arts Garage at 360 Grove Street San Francisco,
CA 94102.
*Getting On Campus*
Please be sure to check in at the entrance on Oak Street. We share a campus
with part of Chinese American International School, so our visitors must
ensure that they use the correct entrance! I will have a list and name tags
waiting for you at the security kiosk out front. Just check in with our
amazing security team and let them know you are here for the BAISL meeting
and give them my name (Kathleen Esling).
We will be meeting in room 142 as our beloved library is a bit too small to
hold all of us. To get to our meeting room, just walk straight forward once
you enter the building. We will have a chance to visit all three of our
library spaces later in the day.
