Hello,

I am doing a major remodel of my library, and the new construction includes
a large glass gallery area. I've been trying to think of creative ways to
use this space - this weekend I saw a hotel atrium that had large trees
(planted, and plumbed) under a glass roof. It got me to thinking - maybe I
could do something on a much smaller scale (in pots, no plumbing) in this
area. Has anyone done anything similar, or seen a library somewhere that
has done this? It has the potential to be a very sunny area - I don't know
if the outdoor trees I've requested will be a possibility. Plus I like the
idea of bringing nature indoors. If you've seen, or have, something
similar, please email me off-list.

Thanks - Cathy
