This came though on the RASC weblist. I downloaded it and looks really good.
You hook your properly filter camera to the computer and will take pictures at
intervals during the eclipse. Not sure what all cameras it supports, but I
would imagine Canon and Nikon for sure.

For those umbilicalled to non-Mac computers, here is the address of another
camera-control program for solar eclipses. Given the reputation of the author,
I’d say this is one of the best on the market (even though it’s free).
Make sure you use the practice feature before you go and use it. Instructions
are on the site.
