I have yet to see any of these Starlink chains, but a few people from work
have. Their reaction varies from, oh cool, to, will they disappear? Photography
will get a little harder I'm afraid.Mike CawleyEVAC

More likely itââ¬â¢ll be next summer. Until there is an effective

Dear Members & Friends of the East Valley Astronomy Club,
This should not be new news, but just for the record, the East Valley
Astronomy Club will not hold its Monthly General Meeting this month (April).
When state and local officials give us the word that it is prudent to hold
meetings again, and our board decides that there is no risk to our
membership, we will send out a message stating the date of our next Monthly
meeting.
So for now, be safe, we ask for understanding and patience - we will be
back.

I just did a simple "reply" and the message turned into garble.
Here is what I was trying to say:
I didn't want to use the word patient because of its two meanings, so I used
patience instead.
While I do wish everyone to be patient, I do not wish for anyone to become a
patient.

Yes, beautiful image.
I think star clusters are my second-favorite viewing objects next to our
solar system, and the Jewel Box is up near the top of the list.
Thanks, Bernard.

Hi,
This is an image of NGC 4755, also known as the Jewel Box Cluster. It
is an open cluster about 6,400 light years away in the constellation
Crux. This cluster contains about 100 stars and is estimated to be
about 10 million years old. While most of the stars in the cluster are
blue, a bright red super giant can be seen near the center of the cluster.
Comments and suggestions welcomed.

Did you reply on a droid phone? This obsolete list will do that from droids.
