The solar granulation was easy to see this morning around 9:30am, so I set up the solar scope again to image the details. And what details there were! Lots of filaments, sunspots and gorgeous prominences. I also wanted to try out the new Registax 6, which is so much more powerful than all previous versions in that it can register the entire solar disk - even on the granulation perfectly. Youll see the difference in these images: http://www.schursastrophotography.com/solar/pst062611.html Thanks again for looking. Comments?
