By examining the headers of the email (as stated), I see the instructions as:
List-Unsubscribe: <az-observing-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe>
What that means is to send an email to az-observing-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:az-observing-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with the subject set to
"unsubscribe".
It has to come from the email address that you subscribed as.
