For those of you who are interested in, or have read about the James Webb
Space Telescope (JWST) Im wondering about viewing this from earth. When (If)
this gets launched, it is going to be in L2 orbit which if I am correct is
1,500,000km away from Earth. Since it will always be in line with the Sun
and Earth, it will ALWAYS be in the night sky (with the possibility of the
Moon blocking it from time to time I assume). Its going to have a sun
blocking shield to help block the heat from the Sun. I am wondering,
depending on how reflective this material is, would one be able to see it
from Earth in a small scope?
