I recall an article in either Astronomy or S & T a few years back regarding
this very thing. While I don't recall all the details, the gist was any so
called "Claims or deeds" are essentially unrecognized &unenforceable. Just
another scam like star naming. Too bad there's nothing that can be done to
stop crooks like that.

for $20 a pop and has made $6.5 million so far. Is this country great or
