Also, does anyone want Chris Shur to be involved? He hasn't sent me any
schedule and he was a big part of this event last year. Thanks for the help.

To: Terri Finch

Ok,

I've come across a few more openings. The deadline is Friday at Noon. Our
speaker schedule for Saturday May 4th and Sunday may 5th at the Arizona Science
Center is almost completely full. HEre is a list of the times left, and how
much time one can have (1/2 hour or hour long presentations). When you reply,
give me the time you wish to have, the topic of your talk and your arrival time
(especially those who do not already have anything scheduled) and who will be
attending with you. If you have a talk scheduled and want one of the other
times, let me know, and i'll make sure there isn't any conflicts with your
other scheduled time.

Also, I'm sending the final versioin of this presentation off to Christine on
Friday at noon, for printing, so look at the chart below, make sure these are
the times you wanted, and the days you wanted. There are two theaters, and 2
days. And not too many times left. If you can fill in, please do. Times in BOLD
are available.
