[AZ-Observing] Beautiful Ring Around the Moon

Hello all;
I am up late at 2 AM and go for a short walk in the RV park in Casa Grande
where I am staying for the holidays. I look up and there is a gorgious
"ring around the Moon". The Moon is almost Full, the ring is 360 degrees,
a complete perfect ring and...has a hint of color. The colors are the
same as a rainbow, but with less contrast.
I have seen several before, but this ring was excellent in form and color.
I enjoyed for a few minutes, realized what a problem it would be to
clambor around to get to my camera gear and just enjoyed the show. Some
dark clouds from the west started to interupt the ring and I back inside
reporting to you. I do hope this is a sign of a happy and prosperous New
Year for us all.
