Marcia

I have a link that takes you to the bulletin on the
Microsoft support site that deals with deleting mis-spelt
words in the custom dictionary. It is

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/86557

When you get to this site, you will need to page down a
couple of times and look for the beginning of the bulletin.
It has information for the different versions of Word.

Basically, while in Word you can gain access to the
dictionary, delete the offending word, save the change and
exit. Otherwise, you could use a text program like Notepad
to open the dictionary file and delete the offending word
and the line it resides on, then save and close.

I hope this helps you or jogs someone else's mind.

Karl
