good info Christine...........Right now anyone can recruit, but one day
there will be a move to introduce licensing for recruitment companies.
Before that happens, we need to be jumping up and down about this. There
needs to be a rule.......that workplace diversity applies withing the
agency. Some kind of enforced formula about the age of the employees is
essential.
Pressure should be put on the government to shun giving contracts to
organisations that dont have a workplace diversity ethic.
That's just for starters
