atw: Windows Security Update 896358

This latest security update patch from Microsoft means that active
content can no longer be run in Internet Explorer (no external .chm
files can be called).

I had to restore my Windows XP system to a previous state in order to
execute compiled .chm files on my machine. Has anybody else on this
group experienced similar issues?
