In today's Dilbert cartoon in The Canberra Times, Wally (well, I think
it's Wally) tells the HR office that he wants to change his job title to
contain the word "architect". His vision is to do less work and be seen to
produce more value.
This made me wonder if we could replace the title "technical writer" (or
"technical communicator") with one that contains the word "architect". How
about "syntax architect" or "word architect"? Or, more prosaically,
"document architect" or "documentation architect"? Any other suggestions?
