this site ( http://www.wbwip.com/wbw/emailencoder.html ) encodes your 
ascii address string into the decimal equivalent. However the end result 
is a hell of a long string (see below) and some address fields will not 
take it.
Bill's suggestion is probably just as effective but much shorter.
