Sarah, the best bet is to go and talk to the people in the industry. Note that the Australian Institute of Petroleum and other groups have very strict safety standards surrounding service station, fuel delivery and security. Terminology is part of that. They are extremely picky about procedures, protocols, OH&S and particularly concerned about documentation. Believe me, it is not an organisation or industry to cross. Any websites of the nature that have been mentioned require an Australian content. This is due to the local nature of trade jargon. References from overseas may not be understood easily. Bear in mind too, most of the tradey's working on service station jobs don't read very much at all... Which is very surprising, given the regulatory framework they operate in. However, I have never been able to question the quality or professionalism they approach their work with. If you need some help, I have some names of people that you could ring and talk to. I may also be able to help, as I have some experience in that field now. Take care and have a great day.
