I betcha.
Acrobat 7, the Bastard offspring of Methusala's Bastard Half Brutha 
requires careful selection in the print dialogue of high quality print.
Otherwise crappy graphic reproduction during distillation is the result, 
only found when printed... Been there, found that, and now its in the 
archives too.

File > Print. Select Adobe PDF.
Click Properties. Then in Default Settings, select High Quality Print.

Buggered if I know why except it has probably got to do with "lowest 
common denominator users" problems.
