As others have pointed out, there are several ways that 'online' may be
interpreted.

It is my belief that Help systems have always been on line, one way or
another, and it's a redundancy to call it Online Help.  From the perspective
of the user, it doesn't really matter whether the Help is delivered from a
web server, a LAN server, or a local drive.

That's why I just call it 'Help'.
