I'll try Shlomo's toolbar some day, but I reckon one of the best things I did with Frame was to turn off the QuickAccess Bar. I'd rather have the extra pixels. If you use keyboard shortcuts you remember them. Mostly they're mnemonic: Esc g g for Graphics > Group Objects Esc g u for Graphics > Ungroup Esc e c for Edit > Copy Esc e y for Edit > CopY Special ... therefore Esc e y w is easy enough to remember as "copy width", and so on. One option that didn't fit the pattern was File > Utilities > Keyboard Macros, which for some strange reason had the shortcut Esc f t k.
