atw: Re: Removing extra spaces

The difference is that this finds multiple spaces between words, not just
any occurrence of two spaces.

The offering that came via Mark seems overly complex.

 

All I ever do with such spacings is:

Press F5

Select the Replace tab

Press the space bar twice in the Find what field

Press the space bar once in the Replace with field

Press Replace all.
