Christine, is there an option to embed fonts? Does enabling this help?
To get working hyperlinks you'll probably need either Adobe Distiller =
(you
might be able to download a trial version from www.adobe.com ) or a PDF
editor. What's the software you're using?

Now, embarrassed though I am to admit this, in nearly 20 years of
techwriting et al, I have never had to convert files to PDF before.
I now have to convert some Word 97 files to be read in Adobe Acrobat =
reader.
I have downloaded a freebie PDF conversion software from the web and =
tried
to convert my word files. They convert and print beautifully but the =
fonts
I am using display appallingly in Acrobat. I'm thinking it may be =
something
simple like PostScript fonts.
I don't want to become an Adobe expert or pay for the Adobe conversion
utility - this work I am doing is free and I'm not going to pay to do =
it.
Does anyone know a quick fix for this, or a very easy 'idiots guide to =
PDF'
that can get me up and running quickly?=3D20
I also need to have working hyperlinks.
