I'd be happy to help (if I know the answer and if I am available).
Things that can seem dopey on the surface can come down to the usability =
/ intuitive design or otherwise of Acrobat and the applications with whic=
h it must interact. Either that or they come down to stress or exhaustio=
n on the part of the operator, in which case just take a break and come b=
ack to the problem when you've rested a bit.
