Mmm - I would define this as a role for a Business Analyst - not a
Technical Writer.

Please direct any responses to Rick Torres

I am looking for a Technical Writer to work on Business requirements for
Optus based in North Sydney and then at North Ryde.

Project:

Project iPOD (interactive Property Owner Database)

To 'investigate and document business requirement specifications' for
the development of a web based database solution for network
information. The system will replace existing legacy software and
outdated records. It will provide the ability to manage 15,000 property
related records relating to the Optus Fibre Network. The system will
need to integrate with network records and property information
databases, as well as generate letters.

Expected that the resource will deliver an Optus detailed BRS that will
be handed to prospective solution vendors. Several existing documents
plus interview of key personnel will guide the document creation.

This is an initial 6 Month Contract with a possibility to extend.

Start date would be asap!

Please contact me directly should you have any questions regarding the
role.

Regards

Rick Torres
