Hi Swapnil,
I’ve responded to your form. Just some feedback: I like the feel of the form
except for the one-line textboxes. I found not being able to expand the text
box and review my answer a bit annoying and so ended up first writing my answer
in Word and pasting into the form.
Styleguide for screenshots? Never thought of that. I will google.

I am sharing my experiences this September at the WriteTheDocs conference in
Prague about "When bad screenshots happen to good writers". As part of the
presentation, I am collecting some data and thoughts on how other tech
writers/communicators view screenshots in the whole documentation process.
