atw: Has anyone out there used Systems Info Pack?

Wondering if anyone out there has ever used a thing called Systems Info
Pack? I've had it recommended to me - apparently it is the best thing since
sliced bread. It sounds similar to RoboDemo - it runs in the background,
documenting what you are doing on your computer. You can tell it to produce
a document, a screen movie or a flowchart - it also lets you design tests.
Only thing I wasn't told was how easy the thing is to use!
