WRITING SKILLS FOR TENDERS AND PROPOSALS with Jill Nicholson Monday September 5 
in Sydney & Friday October 21 in Brisbane. This is a fast growing field for 
technical communicators and editors, as organisations realise how much we can 
contribute to a tender's success. Before you can contribute, though, you must 
know how the process works, and the strategy that goes into creating it. Invest

CONTEXT SENSITIVE HELP FOR TECHNICAL COMMUNICATORS Saturday morning September 
10 in Sydney. Every technical communicator should be familiar with creating 
online documentation, not PDFs but html formatted documents. As well, you 
should know how to provide context sensitive help.
It isn't hard to do, but you can make life much easier for yourself if you know 
the process you need to go through - before you're asked to do so.
