We are looking for an experienced technical writer to work with a
longstanding client (Origin Energy). A great deal of business process
mapping (and associated documentation) is required. You will need to work
primarily on site (at Milton), interviewing subject-matter experts,
producing process maps, testing them and spinning out the necessary work
instructions. Some travel may be required.
Requirements
. Develop business process documentation using document templates.
. Liaise with key stakeholders (process owners, SMEs, etc.) to
extract information to enable definition and development of processes.
. Attend process development workshops and other sessions as a
precursor to documenting process requirements.
. Improve the company's business development approach (including
modernising, augmenting and fine-tuning document templates).
Key Capabilities
. Strong technical writing experience ( and solid competence using
Microsoft Word).
. Process mapping and documentation experience.
. Good team worker.
. Skills in uncovering tacit knowledge.
