The Technology Division within Tatts Group is currently looking for a Process
Analyst and Technical Writer to support the Senior Security Specialist and the
Senior Compliance Analyst roles in analysing current processes and working with
the stakeholders to develop documents such as policies and procedures, required
as part of the Technology Division Quality System.
In order to be considered for this position you will need to possess the
following:
*
5 Years proven experience with Information Technology and/or communication
processes.
* Broad experience with standards, policy and procedure writing
*
Experience with standard technical writing tools (e.g. publishing software, web
tools, office tools etc.)
*
Excellent people skills, ability to negotiate, and the ability to persuade
stakeholders to a different point of view while maintaining harmony within the
team and between the key stakeholders.
*
A sound knowledge of IT governance principles and practices, with exposure to
international standards such as the ISO 27000 series, COBIT and ISO 9001.
