For any BI Breakfix support matter that requires attention, before my
return, please log a call in Peregrine ServiceCentre, using isdirect.
Briefly describe your issue and ask for the ticket to be assigned to "bf
services - bi". If the matter is urgent, please call the Help Desk on
extension 5111.
